Start and stop RFID inventory scanning instantly using on-screen controls or the device trigger key. Scanify updates your list live as tags are detected.

EPC & MIX Modes

Use EPC mode for unique tags. Switch to MIX mode to track quantities per decoded name using a TID/USER token to prevent duplicates.

ASCII Name Decoding

Scanify decodes printable ASCII names stored inside EPC, stopping on 00 or “|”, so users see a clean readable label instead of raw hex whenever possible.

Speed & Timer

Track productivity with a live session timer and scan speed counter measured in tags per second while inventory is running.

CSV Import / Export

Import lists and export results using the built-in file picker. Supports comma, semicolon, or tab separated files for flexible workflows.

Find Tag (Pro)

Search by name or EPC and get live RSSI strength guidance to locate a specific tag, with flexible prefix/suffix conversion and multiple international prefix options.
